The Facebook Like Button used on our Red Dot Stage Website is hosted by Facebook and your browser therefore sends this cookie data to Facebook when creating the button inside your browser. When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our Red Dot Stage website. Thus we have no influence on the data gathered by the plugin and inform you according to our state of knowledge.

The embedded plugins on the Red Dot Stage website provide Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our Red Dot Stage website. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can actually be assigned to your personal or corporate Facebook account. If you interact with one of the possible plugins, for example by clicking “Like”, or entering any form of comment or also by sharing content, the relevant information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and then stored by it. Even if you are not logged into your Facebook at the time of visiting, there could still be a possibility that the plugins transmits your IP-address to Facebook.

Furthermore, Facebook tracking pixels are used on the Red Dot Stage website, which may mean that you are tracked for retargetting (which means that you may see advertisements from Red Dot Stage on your Facebook Page.)  Red Dot Stage however does not have direct access to your personal information via these pixels.
